Und dann kam das Jahr 2019. Gordon ver\u00f6ffentlichte zum ersten Mal ein offizielles Soloalbum \u2013 und die radikale Musik, die sie auf \u201eNo Home Record\u201c zur Schau stellt, l\u00e4sst die Werke von Lee Ranaldo oder Thurston Moore beinahe wie Eagles-Cover-Alben wirken. <\/p>\n<p>\u201eNo Home Record\u201c ist in erster Linie ein explodierendes Noise-Rock- und No-Wave-Album, das es in puncto L\u00e4rm und Intensit\u00e4t mit Sonic-Youth-Glanzst\u00fccken wie \u201eEvol\u201c oder \u201eSister\u201c aufnehmen kann \u2013 gemischt mit einigen Hooks, die auch auf \u201eGoo\u201c nicht aus der Reihe tanzen w\u00fcrden. Doch Gordon ist nicht die Art von K\u00fcnstlerin, die einfach nur alte Pfade abwandert. Auf \u201eNo Home Record\u201c experimentiert sie zus\u00e4tzlich mit Art-Pop, Noise und Trap. Ein eindrucksvoller Kraftbeweis von einem Album \u2013 das sie nun auf Tour performen wird.
