Julia Holter hat ein neues Album namens \u201eSomething In The Room She Moves\u201c angek\u00fcndigt. Es wird der sechste Longplayer der in Los Angeles lebenden Singer-Songwriterin und Komponistin und folgt auf das 2018er Album \u201eAviary<\/a>\u201c. Als Vorgeschmack auf die Platte gibt es ein Musikvideo zur Single \u201eSpinning\u201c. Der bereits ver\u00f6ffentlichte Song \u201eSun Girl<\/a>\u201c wird ebenfalls darauf enthalten sein.<\/p>\n

Holter stellt auf ihrem neuen, zehn St\u00fccke umfassenden Album das Leibliche in den Vordergrund. \u201eEs gibt einen k\u00f6rperlichen Fokus, inspiriert von der Komplexit\u00e4t und Wandlungsf\u00e4higkeit unserer K\u00f6rper\u201c, sagt sie. Sie habe versucht, eine flie\u00dfende Klangwelt zu erschaffen, die das Organische und Fl\u00fcssige des K\u00f6rpers nachahmt. Ein Nachhall ihrer pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrungen der vergangenen Jahre, in denen sich Holter mit existenziellen Aspekten des k\u00f6rperlichen Daseins wie der Geburt ihrer Tochter und dem Tod ihr nahestehender Menschen auseinandersetzen musste \u2013 darunter auch ihr junger Neffe, dem sie das Album gewidmet hat.<\/p>\n
