Nach dem Erscheinen des Deb\u00fctalbums \u201eOshin\u201c<\/a> seiner Band DIIV<\/a> im Jahr 2012, schien Zachary Cole Smith dem Kli\u00adschee Rockstar- bzw. Boheme-Leben zu verfallen: sch\u00f6ne Frauen und vor allem viele Drogen. Aber, wie sich das geh\u00f6rt, bieten gerade die chaotischsten Zeiten im Leben besonders viel Material zum kreativen Verarbeiten. Das tut Smith auf dem aktuellen Album \u201eIs The Is Are\u201c<\/a>, das trotzdem nicht d\u00fcster, sondern nach wie vor nach vertr\u00e4umtem Indie-Rock und viel neuer Energie klingt.<\/p>\n
