Am Anfang war der Rhythmus: Die Canteen begrüßt das neue Jahr mit ein paar musikalischen Überhängen aus 2011, ersten Saisonfrüchten von 2012 und einer Reihe von Starter-Tracks, die eben einfach zum heutigen Datum passen. Klangkulinarische Aufbruchsstimmung zwischen Elektronik, Folk, Minimal, Dub, HipHop und was die Küche sonst noch hergibt.
