Die Runde Stunde AOR
Man kann es “Adult Oriented Rock” nennen, wie es das Kürzel AOR will, oder auch Yacht Rock. Nicht so gerne Soft Rock. Vor allem muss man diese Musik hören, um sie zu mögen. Irgendwo zwischen Studenten-Pop der 70er und einer Art Westcoast-Easy Listening-Soul (meistens “blue eyed”) findet sich herrlich harmlose Musik von Bands wie Steely Dan, Bugatti & Musker, der Larsen-Feiten Band oder Alan O’Day. Götz Bühler stellt sie vor – und dazu den brasilianischen AOR-Star Ed Motta, der es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, diese Musik wieder gesellschaftsfähig zu machen.
