One Track Pony Solo National - Matt Berninger
The National Frontmann Matt Berninger hat sein erstes Solo-Album veröffentlicht. Auf "Serpentine Prison" hat er 10 Songs zwischen Alternative Country, Folk und Americana zusammen mit Produzent Booker T. Jones (ja, genau der!) und zahlreichen weiteren Gästen eingespielt. Da ist eine Menge The National drin, da ist aber auch die raue Seele hinter den Stücken seiner Hauptband zu hören. Dazu stellt Frank Lechtenberg neue Songs von Jon Gomm, Luka Kuplowsky oder Iwan Gronow vor, die in einem ähnlichen Fahrwasser wie Berninger unterwegs sind.
