Tom Burclay ist seit Mitte der 90er-Jahre an den Plattentellern tätig und seit 2009 Teil der Compost Office Crew. Seine Einflüsse aus Funk, Soul, Disco und Brasil sind in seinen Sets meist unverkennbar. 2012 kompilierte und mixte er die Compost Brazil Selection. Von Ende 2014 bis Ende 2019 war er als Host für die wöchentliche Compost-Black-Label-Sessions-Radioshow verantwortlich.
