Der Niederländer Arnold de Boer alias Zea ist ein Unbekannter. Was daran liegen mag, dass er sich konsequent fast allen musikindustriellen Abhängigkeiten entzieht. Auf seiner neuen "Bourgeois Blues"-Single bekommt sein sozialkritisch-humoristisches Elektropunk-Outfit eine neue Konstante: Die Klarinette, gespielt von Xavier Charles (Bild).
Der Spanier John Talabot bleibt lieber inkognito. Sein Album "ƒIN" wird hochgelobt und ist ein Balanceakt auf einer dünnen Linie zwischen House, Disco und Psych-Pop. Sowieso: Zwischen Pyrenäen und Gibraltar erblüht eine House-Szene mit Mut zum Exotischen. Popschutz wagt einen Blick auf Talabot, El_Txef_A und Pional.
