StadtMagazin Zami Khalil (Psychologe)
Zami Khalil hat an der MSH Medical School in Hamburg Psychologie studiert und arbeitet seitdem als klinischer Psychologe in den Bereichen Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie. Er ist außerdem als Referent in der politischen Bildungsarbeit tätig und beschäftigt sich mit den Themenfeldern Rassismuskritik, Rassismus, psychische Gesundheit und Empowerment.
Besonders intensiv setzt er sich dabei mit der unbewussten Weitergabe von Rassismuserfahrungen über mehrere Generationen hinweg auseinander. Zami Khalil befasst sich außerdem mit den Auswirkungen dieser Erfahrungen auf Kinder und ihre Psyche.
