StadtMagazin Dr. Özgür Uludağ (Journalist & Wissenschaftler)
Islamwissenschaft, Politikwissenschaft, Philosophie, Turkologie und Migrationssoziologie – all das hat Dr. Özgür Uludağ in Hamburg studiert, um promovierter Islamwissenschaftler zu werden. Als Journalist filmte er über 15 Jahre lang Dokumentationen für ARD und ZDF aus Krisengebieten in muslimisch geprägten Gegenden. Für sein Schaffen wurde Özgür Uludağ für Preise wie den Grimme-Preis, den Marler Menschenrechtspreis von Amnesty International und den Grimme Online Award nominiert. Daneben ist er DJ im Gängeviertel.
In seiner Arbeit in den Bereichen Medien, Wissenschaft und Kultur liegt sein Schwerpunkt auf Diversity Studies. Er engagiert sich für Chancengleichheit, Repräsentation und Diversität.
Am 26. November 2025 ist Dr. Özgür Uludağ zu Gast im StadtMagazin bei Paula Bühler.
