Ausloten Spirit Goth
Seit 2016 haben Josh Hwang und Sonia Gadhia über ihr Label Spirit Goth mehr als 70 Alben und Singles auf der Plattform Bandcamp herausgebracht, zudem betreiben die beiden einen Abo-Kassettenclub und das Sublabel Birthdiy. Manches davon bringen sie auch auf CD und oder Vinyl.
Die von ihnen veröffentlichten Bands und Projekte kommen, ganz grob, aus den Bereichen Dreampop, Shoegaze, Post-Punk und New Wave, und aus den USA, Spanien oder auch Singapur. Josh bringt eigene Musik auf Spirit Goth als Jaded Juice Riders und Castlebeat raus, Sonia veröffentlicht Songs dort unter ihrem Klarnamen.
In einer neuen Ausgabe Ausloten hören wir Musik von dem südkalifornischen Label, von Castlebeat, Sonia Gadhia, Layzi, Vansire, Kekko und vielen mehr.
