In der Reihe „Das Alte Werk“ bringt die Elbphilharmonie in Kooperation mit dem NDR regelmäßig alte Meisterwerke und unbekannte Barockmusik auf die Bühne. Till Lorenzen widmet sich im neuen Elbphilharmonie Mixtape der historischen Aufführungspraxis und spürt Verbindungen zum Genre Baroque Pop auf, in dem tradierte Techniken und Instrumente auf einen popmusikalischen Ansatz treffen.
