Benjamin Fröhlich und Tom Bioly gründeten 2006 das Label Permanent Vacation. Neben der eigenen Compilationreihe gab es Releases mit u. a. Joakim, Lindstrom, Superpitcher, Todd Terje und Sally Shapiro.
Das Label hat sich international bestens etabliert und viele Anhänger gefunden; von Prins Thomas, Erol Alkan und DFA bis zu Michael Mayer, James Holden und Alter Ego.
Permanent Vacation DJ Sets umfassen ein breites musikalisches Spektrum von obskuren Cosmic und Disco Nummern, Proto-House und 90er Dance, sowie aktuellen House und Techno Produktionen, bis zu eigenen Edits von vergessenen Klassikern.
Den zweiten Mix steurt Bostro Pesopeo bei. Er ist ein junger Produzent und DJ aus München, der bei dem Label Permanent Vacation veröffenticht. Seine Produktionen und DJ Sets sind sehr musikalisch geprägt und meist zu gleichen Teilen von House und Pop beeinflusst, was auch in Remixen für Pop Acts wie Au Revoire Simone, James Yuill oder Sally Shapiro fühlbar ist.
