Tom Burclay ist seit Mitte der 90er an den Plattentellern tätig und seit 2009 Teil der Compost Office Crew. Seine Einflüsse aus Funk, Soul, Disco und Brasil sind in seinen Sets meist unverkennbar. 2012 compilte und mixte er die Compost Brazil Selection. Seit Ende 2014 ist er für die wöchentliche Compost Black Label Sessions Radioshow verantwortlich.
