Bones’ marks Roland Leesker’s second release on Get Physical Music. Last year’s ‘My Warehouse’ absolutely killed dancefloors all across the globe, and we suspect this one will follow suit. Again produced elbow to elbow with Philipp Maier aka Santé, Roland takes a devastatingly effective approach to house music, slowly bringing the energy to a boil and continuing full steam ahead. ‘Bones’ has a thick low end, a gritty vibe and massive peak time potential. Jazzuelle restrains the bass and produces a tribal deep house remix with a very modern electronic approach, a stark contrast to Quenum’s dark industrial remix. Across these three distinct versions, ‘Bones’ offers something for everyone.
