André 3000 zählt ohne Zweifel zu den größten Rap-Artists aller Zeiten – doch genau in diese Schublade möchte er nicht auf ewig gesteckt werden. Mit seinem experimentellen Flötenalbum "New Blue Sun" eroberte er sich im Jahr 2023 radikal seine künstlerische Freiheit zurück. Daran knüpft er nun an: Sein neues Album besteht ausschließlich aus sieben improvisierten Pianostücken, aufgenommen auf seinem iPhone.
