Vor rund 20 Jahren passierte zweierlei. Erstens verfestige sich der Begriff "Independent" als eigenständiges Genre in Abgrenzung zum immer einförmiger tönenden Mainstream-Gedöns. Und zweitens genoss der heranwachsende Moderator seine prägende popmusikalische Primär-Sozialisation in eben diesem Universum. Grund genug, ein dickes Stück Indie-/Punk-/Dance-Rock aufzutischen.
