Wir erinnern an den im Alter von 88 Jahren verstorbenen Jazz-Saxophonisten Sam Rivers. Rivers, der im Laufe seiner Karriere mit zahlreichen anderen Jazz-Größen wie Billie Holiday oder Miles Davis zusammengespielt hat, erlag am 26.12. einer Lungenentzündung, wie gestern bekannt wurde.
