Die Liste der Kollaborationen von Little Simz ist lang, sehr lang sogar: Von der Popgröße Gorillaz über die Electropopband Little Dragon bis hin zum Grime-Musiker Ghetts – sie und viele mehr arbeiteten bereits mit der britischen Rapperin zusammen.
In dieser Ausgabe der Wellenlänge hören wir uns durch eine kleine Auswahl von Gastbeiträgen von und für Little Simz und nehmen einzelne Mitstreiter*innen genauer unter die Lupe. Zuletzt steuerte etwa die Newcomerin Alewya Demmisse die Zweitstimme auf der EP „Drop 6“ bei – eine EP, welche Simbiatu Ajikawo alias Little Simz während des Corona-Lockdowns zu Hause in London aufnahm.
