Heute vor genau 85 Jahren wurde einer der Pioniere des jamaikanischen Rocksteady und Ska geboren: Cecil Bustamente Campbell, besser bekannt als Prince Buster. In den späten 70er-Jahren ließen sich die Ska-Revival-Bands Madness und The Specials von Busters Songs inspirieren.
80s-Vibes versprüht dagegen unser Album der Woche. Auf ihrer siebten LP „End Of Everything“ tanzt die US-Musikerin Mega Bog gelassen der Apokalypse entgegen.
