Obwohl der Name anderes vermuten lässt: Stella Sommer ist die Königin der Herbstmusik! Mit einem nostalgischen Amalgam aus 60er-Jahre-Pop und 70er-Jahre-Folk erschafft die norddeutsche Musikerin, die mittlerweile in Berlin lebt, auf jedem ihrer Alben ein ganz eigenes melancholisches Pop-Universum. Zuletzt zu hören auf dem Doppelalbum „Silence Wore A Silver Coat“ (2022). Das ist nach „13 Kinds Of Happiness“ (2018) und „Northern Dancer“ (2020) bereits das dritte Soloalbum der Künstlerin, die bis heute auch einzig konstantes Mitglied der von ihr gegründeten Band Die Heiterkeit ist.
Ab März präsentiert Stella Sommer ihr aktuelles Album live, präsentiert von ByteFM:
